COVID 2020 Updates

March 17, 2020

Madison’s Central BID staff and ambassadors have adjusted our workplace routine to address public health concerns over the spread of COVID-19.

Our BID office, shared with our friends at Downtown Madison, Inc. (DMI), will be closed to the public through April 10. We have adopted a policy that allows administrative team members to work remotely.

Our Ambassador program will cease in-person contact and the visitor center, located at 452 State Street, will be closed effective immediately and until further notice. Ambassadors will be paid for their scheduled shifts during this time period. Public information, maps and directories are always up to date on this website.
