Construction fencing will go up in late January, and demolition of some buildings will take place in February and March. Pedestrian access will be maintained on State Street and W. Mifflin St. for adjoining businesses. The sidewalk and parking lane on the north side of the 100 block of N. Fairchild St. across from Overture Center will be used by the contractor for deliveries and placement of the construction crane. The project is scheduled for completion in spring, 2014.
