2014 King & E. Main Reconstruction
The City of Madison will reconstruct E. Main St. & King St. between Pinckney St. (Square) and Webster St. (Outer Loop) March 31 to early-to-mid June 2014.
Weekly Update Meetings: Every Tuesday starting April 1 from 9am - 10am in the Tenney Conference Room where the preconstruction meeting was held (3 S. Pinckney, rear of courtyard between Graze & Tenney Building, on the right).

Block 100 State Street project
The Block 100 Foundation project, a private project involving a number of buildings on the 100 block of State St., is underway. Construction fencing will go up in late January, and demolition of some buildings will take place in February and March. Pedestrian access will be maintained on State Street and W. Mifflin St. for adjoining businesses. The sidewalk and parking lane on the north side of the 100 block of N. Fairchild St. across from Overture Center will be used by the contractor for deliveries and placement of the construction crane. The project is scheduled for completion in spring, 2014.
